Our R&D dept. is responsible for the drawing or reverse engineering of the part by means of CAD-CAM methods. The department has a significant CAD experience and we can model and predict the behavior of rather complicated rubber components in various environments and under different stress conditions. Full CAD drawings are being prepared and archived for Quality Assurance purposes along with the manufacturing drawings being used by the mould workshop.
Prototyping is one of the services we offer either in the study level or all the way to the manufacturing of the initial sample. Prototyping will enable our customers to determine whether the behavior of the part or assembly we have studied, will be as expected, prior to massive production.
